I'm worried about scams. How do I know your handymen are legitimate? ▾
Check the badges on the pro's profile. Each one means a member of our team checked a specific document — a license number, an insurance policy, a bond, a background check — and each shows the date it was checked. Pros cannot grant themselves badges. A pro with no badges simply has not been reviewed yet, so ask them directly for a current certificate of insurance before work starts.
Can my daughter be CC'd on my bookings? ▾
Yes. When you book, add a family member's email. They'll get the same confirmation and pro arrival info you do, automatically.
What if I don't use the internet much? ▾
Call us at (888) 900-8100 and a real person will book for you over the phone. We also accept text-to-book at the same number.
Do you do senior discounts? ▾
Many individual pros offer senior discounts — look for the "Senior-Friendly" badge on their profile. Discount amounts are set by each pro.
Can a pro install grab bars or a walk-in tub? ▾
