Each work order is tagged with a check-in / check-out date range. Costs roll up by stay so you can pass-through cleaning + repair costs to guests where appropriate.

What happens if a guest is already on-site?

You set the policy. Default is "no work while guest is checked in" — pros wait for checkout. You can override per-job.

Can I block specific pros?

Yes. Star-rate any pro after a job; sub-3-star pros are auto-removed from your dispatch pool.
